Our client, based in Aberdeen, is looking for an Assistant Legal Counsel on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position and will support the Legal Counsel.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Providing general legal advice to the organisation.

This role would suit a UK qualified Solicitor. Experience in commercial contracts and / or Intellectual Property law is essential.
