The Exports Coordinator will be mainly responsible for processing shipments of export orders and stock to International customers.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with the Sales Team to ensure shipment dates correspond with the correct packaging and documents.
• Determining the most appropriate freight method for all items.
• Liaising with the International customers regarding shipment dates, orders and documentations.
• Preparing all invoices and packing lists in accordance with requirements of customers and customs authorities.

Candidates must have experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role, knowledge of shipping terminology and documentation.
