Our client a well-known local law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified Solicitor. They would also consider applications from those completing the 2nd year of their traineeship. This role is based in their successful conveyancing team.
Some experienced in property transactions is essential. The main duties are:
- Advising clients on the marketing, sale and purchase of properties
- Conclusion of missives.
- Security work relative to properties.
- General Private Client work to include the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
