The Technical Customer Service Support role will be responsible for liaising with new and existing clients to assist in the implementation of company products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Customer support via phone, email and live chat;
• Debugging complex product installations;
• Resolving product problems and providing support; and
• Involvement in installation and training to customers.

Applicants to the role should have previous experience in a similar position, specifically within Logistical support / Software / Technical Support environment.
