We are working on an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join our client in a Technical Customer Service role.
The Technical Customer Service Support role will be responsible for liaising with new and existing clients to assist in the implementation of company products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Customer support via phone, email and live chat;
- Debugging complex product installations;
- Resolving product problems and providing support; and
- Involvement in installation and training to customers.
Applicants to the role should have previous experience in a similar position, specifically within Logistical support / Software / Technical Support environment.
