Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the administration of multiple payrolls and the accurate and timely processing of payments for all staff within region.
• Managing and maintaining an efficient and compliant payroll function.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience dealing with complex and varied payrolls, particularly offshore payrolls and international payrolls, is desirable.
• Have the ability to work in a complex work environments, to challenging deadlines.
• Have the ability to drive high performance through leading by example and communication of company goals and objectives.
• Be approachable and manage open communication with the team, internal and external stakeholders and Management Team.
