Working with the Commercial & Procurement Director, the Commercial Advisor will have responsibility for the following:

• Preparing commercial proposals and pricing.
• Drafting and executing contracts in line with company standards.
• Reviewing and approving quotations and sales orders in SAP.
• Managing and updating client contracts – including review of Ts&Cs, qualification and negotiation.
• Managing existing portfolio of client contracts - including amendments, price reviews, performance and general contract administration.
• Managing pre-qualification and tendering process.
• Supporting Procurement Team in execution of agreements with key suppliers.
• Participating in supplier audits.

Applicants to this role will ideally offer the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with particular focus on commercial contracts.
• Experience of working for an oil service company and / or operator.
• Sound knowledge of contract review, supply chain management and tendering process.
• Proficient in the use of SAP and Microsoft packages.
• LLB, LLM, QS Degree or equivalent.
