Operations Coordinator - VR/18652
Our client, based south of Aberdeen, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team initially on a fixed term basis for 6 months with the view to go permanent.
Focused primarily on the Inspection and Certification Department, the Operations Coordinator’s duties will include the following:
- Liaising with inspectors.
- Creating operational POs
- Creating and management of master database.
- Maintaining database of contracts for new customers / suppliers.
- Invoicing duties.
- Creating all relevant documentation and other administrative tasks.
