HR Administrator - VR/18737
Our busy client is seeking a strong HR Administrator to assist them on a temporary basis. This is a maternity cover assignment, likely to last 12 months+.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of employee contracts.
- Maintenance of employee files.
- Absence tracking.
- Liaising with Logistics and Payroll Teams.
- General administration as required.
- Strong administrative skills.
- IT literate – sound knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Oil and Gas experience is preferred but not essential.
- Organised and adaptable with good attention to detail.
