New opening for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading renewable energy services provider located in Aberdeenshire. On an approx. 5-month temporary basis, you will play a key part of a small team, helping to support finance and sales departments in addition to providing general administrative support. Ideal candidates will bring relevant experience and expertise in Sage 200.
Overview job description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers you the chance to contribute to critical business functions while developing your experience in a supportive environment. You will play an important role in maintaining an efficient administration process, whilst providing cross-functional support to finance, production and sales teams.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Supporting with raising sales invoices and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Utilising the Sage 200 system to generate insightful reports, such as monthly stock valuation.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the Sage system, communicating with external support teams as needed.
- Processing expense claims accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the effective running of the administration department.
- Assisting in the preparation of communications such as reports and presentations.
Applicants to this role require
- Prior experience in a relevant role.
- Strong attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding and ability to use the Sage accounting software.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to proactively tackle challenges and multitask as necessary.
