AR Assistant - Part Time - VR/29486
TMM is working on a part time role within Accounts Receivable for an energy service organisation. Working 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days, this is a 15-18-month maternity cover role. There is some flexibility available with regards start times. You’ll ideally be available to start at short notice to receive a comprehensive handover. Your duties will include the following:
- Maintaining accounts receivable data, collating relevant credit checks and setting up new customers.
- Credit control.
- Performing monthly accrual calculations for any outstanding unapproved purchase invoices at month end.
- Performing credit approval checks on new or potential customers.
- Posting bank receipts and issuing of customer statements.
Past exposure to Navision would be beneficial, although not essential.
