You’ll have an analytical mindset, investigating performance analysis. Additionally, you will show initiative and an ability to form strong working relationships within the business.

This role would suit someone with 1-3 years’ experience.

Reporting to the Business Control Manager, your roles will include the following:

• Assisting with the monthly reporting and performance review for the UK Business Unit, including preparation, analysis and follow up with management.
• Assisting monthly sales invoicing for the Business Unit.
• Preparing and analysing flight hour reporting.
• Analysing maintenance program, communicating closely with technical departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of maintenance costs.
• Responsible for all aspects of cost management, including VOWD reporting, accruals and forecasts for manpower and procurement costs.
• Developing budgets, tracking and preparing actual and forecasted costs.
• Analysis of data to understand variances from budget and impact of actual performance on total costs.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement.
