This is a newly created role which will perform month-end and running of one of the UK Ledgers, as well as completing reporting. The successful candidate will have existing experience in a similar role. If you are looking for a new challenge, please reach out.

Financial Responsibilities

• Executing day-to-day and month-end tasks essential for managing one of the UK Ledgers, facilitating prompt and precise reporting on Customer projects.
• Maintaining and updating Revenue and Invoicing True Up Models to ensure accuracy.
• Generating Global WIP reports and document revenue accruals.
• Gathering monthly submissions from various regions and compute Revenue True Up.
• Maintaining current margin information.
• Computing regional revenue True Up and generate Intercompany invoices on a monthly basis.

Accounting Duties

• Recording month-end True Up journals and revenue accruals.
• Logging revenue IDCMs entries corresponding to each region.
• Receiving and processing IDCMs for any recharges from the regions.
• Conducting reviews and reconciling intercompany positions with other counterparts.
