Main duties and responsibilities:

• Advising Managers on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters, supporting formal hearings where required.
• Managing and resolving HR queries, ensuring accurate interpretation of policy and process.
• Delivering and interpreting HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making and enhance employee engagement.
• Contributing to the development of HR processes, tools and documentation in line with legal and organisational requirements.
• Supporting accurate and efficient HR data processing and helping to improve administration tools and workflows.
• Building strong working relationships across the organisation and delivering a high-quality, professional HR service.
• Promoting an inclusive, values-driven culture where colleagues feel safe, supported and able to perform at their best.
• Actively participating in ongoing learning and development to build your HR capability and maintain relevant accreditation.
