Personnel Logistics Coordinator - VR/32108
For 3 months, you’ll sit at the centre of daily operations, helping to keep people, systems and processes aligned so offshore teams can work safely and with confidence. From managing travel and check ins to coordinating training, PPE and personnel movements, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring every mobilisation runs exactly as it should.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating check ins, hotel bookings, inductions, PPE and all associated travel arrangements.
- Updating job details in internal systems to ensure smooth mobilisation and accurate communication.
- Working closely with client aviation teams to manage seat bookings, changes and check in information.
- Maintaining the personnel tracking system to provide accurate, real time POB reporting.
- Managing PPE stock levels and supporting face fit/eye fit certification.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for hotels and travel providers.
- Liaising closely with HR and Recruitment to ensure a joined up onboarding experience.
- Assigning training in line with internal and client specific training matrices.
- Participating in an on?call rota to support out of hours requirements.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience in a busy, operational environment.
- Strong administrative capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
