Key Responsibilities:

• Providing proactive HSE support and guidance aligned with operational activities.
• Fostering a strong safety culture by increasing awareness and improving behaviours on site.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with all legal, client-specific, and internal safety requirements.
• Coaching and supporting site teams on Safe Systems of Work, including but not limited to:
  • Risk assessments.
  • Toolbox talks.
  • Lift plans.
  • Permit to work.
  • Working at height plans.
  • Manual handling procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar safety-focused role and/or significant recent operational experience within warehousing and quayside environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• A clear commitment to promoting health and safety best practices.
• Proven ability to coach and positively influence teams in a workplace setting.
