I like to think that joining TMM Recruitment was written in the stars. I first came to the agency in 2014 to register as a candidate and was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of the team. I remember thinking, "This would be a great place to work". They did help me find work, but it turned out to be here, as a recruiter, and I’ve never looked back.

What I Love About My Job

Every new vacancy brings a sense of excitement. Being the "matchmaker" and seeing both the client and candidate benefit from a successful appointment is incredibly rewarding. Candidates often come to me feeling uncertain or discouraged by their circumstances but helping them secure a role that gives them a fresh start and renewed confidence is what makes my job so fulfilling. Knowing you've played a small part in changing someone's future is a privilege I never take for granted.

Personal Touch

When I'm not at work, life is just as busy. I love spending quality time with family and friends and making the most of every opportunity to be together. I'm a huge fan of cruise holidays and a self-confessed foodie, with a particular weakness for sharing platters, blue cheese and a good glass of red wine. I've developed a real appreciation for a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, and it's safe to say I'm now slightly obsessed. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a very proud Fifer!
