I’m a dedicated recruiter specialising in Accountancy & Finance since 2010. I pride myself on meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and delivering a personal service that matches individuals to roles where they can truly thrive.

I’m a strong advocate for supporting women returning to the workforce and enjoy helping clients take a more creative approach to resourcing. This has often led to successful cross-sector hiring, opening up fresh talent pools for clients and creating exciting opportunities for job seekers.

Having joined TMM Recruitment as a graduate, I am now part of the management team, contributing to business improvements and strategic decision-making. Alongside this, I support the training of new recruiters to Team TMM.

What I Love About My Job

I love that every day in recruitment is different. I enjoy thinking creatively to support talented individuals in developing their careers, while also helping hiring managers access candidates they might not have otherwise considered.

I am particularly passionate about supporting women returning to work after career breaks, helping them regain confidence and re-establish their careers. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing individuals I supported at the very start of my recruitment journey thrive, some of the candidates I placed 15 years ago are now Finance Managers and Finance Directors.

I also take great satisfaction in mentoring new recruiters, helping them grow and excel in their careers.

Personal Touch

My favourite thing in the world is spending time with my family and watching my little boy grow. He’s now 3, and his personality really shines through. He’s absolutely hilarious and always keeps me on my toes. Weekends are now filled with trips to play parks, soft play, or getting messy with arts and crafts.
