During a job application, I'm with my candidates every step of the way, staying in touch throughout the process, sharing employer updates, interview preparation guidance and information on the market such as job volume, rates of pay and in-demand skills.

What I Love About My Job

I enjoy the close-knit team atmosphere at TMM and, having previously felt overwhelmed by the job-hunting journey myself, I take great pride in guiding others through it. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact that the right opportunity can have on someone, and it’s a privilege to play even a small part in that. Being able to share good news with a candidate is always a highlight of my job.

Personal Touch

I love getting stuck into creative hobbies, though I switch between them so often that I rarely stick to just one! On weekends, I enjoy exploring places to walk, and admittedly, I watch far too much reality TV, so I always have a few shows on the go at once!
