Working at TMM Recruitment since 2013, my early career covered Trades, IT and QHSE recruitment but I chose to specialise in Engineering and have focused on this specialism for the majority of the time here. I take pride in offering a professional, responsive and honest service to my clients and candidates.

Areas of Expertise

The majority of the roles I recruit for are with employers in the energy sector, ranging from graduate-level to management positions including:

Discipline engineering (mechanical / electrical / instrument / structural / process etc).
Subsurface (reservoir / petroleum / drilling).
Design engineering.
Project engineering.

What I Love About My Job

I enjoy the diversity and challenge of technical engineering recruitment, and the candidate searching side is something I particularly enjoy. The buzz of making a placement hasn’t faded, and it’s a great feeling, since you’re making both the client and candidate happy at the same time. I particularly enjoying training and mentoring new recruits - it’s such a rewarding feeling when you see your colleagues progress their recruitment knowledge and career.

Personal Touch

I love sport! I used to play football, but my legs have now gone, so padel is my new thing. I enjoy the occasional game of golf as well but, as a new dad, it will probably mean less golf, but I’m looking forward to spending more time with my young son and family.
